Wonderful service as always. Fast, professional, and careful. Wonderful service as always. Mark was willing to answer all my questions and was very careful when replacing our ancient furnace/ AC unit. We have a young child and he went out of his way to make sure that we wouldn't have to move any child gates during the repair. I have used John Water's over 5 times for various problems and they have always been wonderful.
Showed up on time with helpful advice This was my first service since having the furnace & air conditioner installed. Tech was very professional & knowledgeable. Cleaned the air conditioner & advised about keeping the compressor clean and issues with pollen.
Good job, except Troy did a professional job. His assistant washed the cleaning solution off our driveway and I appreciated that. I had two minor problems, 1) I was not called before they got here. That meant they were left standing outside while I put our animals up out of their way and open the garage and move the car. Excellent/The summary requirement is stupid/ Excellent/Audacious that the survey would require the customer to do ANYTHING. The technicians are awesome but your REVIEW is STUPID. Mr. Water is apparently good at hiring technicians but lousy at communicating with customers. I have experienced the same communicating with him personally in the past.
John was very professional and pointed out some problems that will need to be fixed for safety purposes. I have used this service twice and have found the company to be easy to work with.
