Johnny was very helpful and even drove from the Knoxville location to Alcoa to assist. He checked to make sure everything was on schedule with the ordered carpet and had great follow up. He was very accessible and responded quickly to any questions.

Danny Ramos helped us decide on the type of flooring we wanted to replace carpet in our den. He was excellent, told the pros and cons of each type and helped us decide on the RevWood plus. Had a great experience with ordering and purchasing my new tile, Danny Ramos did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable in product he was selling. Tile was supposed to be at store for me to pickup on Wednesday or Thursday, I called warehouse on Friday morning to check on it and was told they didn't have it but would check and call me back. 2 pm I called warehouse back and couldn't get an answer on the phone.
