We ordered tiles and we received it. The sample tile had more of tan the tiles we received is gray which is not we expected and don’t like. I can understand if we have some pieces with shade difference. But half of them are totally different shade. They do not have a return policy. I will never recommend anyone to this company. I hope somebody will fix my problem. I spent 800$ on this tiles and don’t know what to do 🥲
Buyer beware! This was our first experience with Johnson and Son's flooring. Nelson assisted us with the selection of our floor. Very informative and seemed to know the product well. We were told that the product that we chose was almost commercial grade and that it could withstand anything. We have a dog and a cat, so we were concerned about scratch marks. I just had new kitchen flooring put down! Colby was very helpful in picking it out and I have been very pleased with using this company. The whole experience has been great from sales to setting up install date which i had to change. The installers were on time and did a excellent job. I would highly use and recommend you check Johnson $ Sons out! We love our new kitchen floor! Linda & Danny
The problems started the moment I paid for materials and installation in advance. They didnt return calls and they missed ~5 installation appointments. When they finally showed up with all of the materials and left, I found they cut corners and basically did a poor job. Beware and DON'T pay in full in advance.
Like the carpet. Had to have the carpet re-stretched took 2 months of multiple of me calling and leaving messages to Brian the install manager. I had to always call to force contact leaving messages for him to return calls NEVER did Brian call first. I was told that the company doing the re-stretch was a top notch and they were not. I took of for then to do the job they showed up and access the process and had to reschedule because I had wood trim around most of the area they were re-stretching. You need to put big signs on the doors and at the cash registers about the no return policy. You and your customers would have a much better exp. I will never shop here again.
I ordered and paid for tile from some very nice people. They told me that the tile would take 4 or 5 days to arrive. It’s now been over 10 days. I stopped in the Maryville store yesterday to check on the tile and was told by the young man that he thought my tile was in. He or someone would call me to confirm that. I was never called. My tile installer called someone named Ashley and was told that the tile won’t arrive until February 12th. Please don't use this company poor workmanship and will drag you out on lies after lies about making the good on their work. Had to rework the job and paid them to do it which they would not!!
