We had our carpet replaced with hardwood flooring throughout our house and a new tile floor in the kitchen and laundry. During the selection process, Justin Tackett was very helpful and knowledgeable in allowing us to select our materials and colors. The installation crew led by Aaron Reynolds was courteous, efficient and very detail oriented. The project included hardwood on the stairs which turned out beautifully! Their entire staff is professional and friendly. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs you may have!
We wanted a luxury vinyl tile installed in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. We also wanted it laid on the diagonal. Johnson & Sons gave us a very reasonable estimate, and then they did a phenomenal job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and it looks gorgeous. We are very pleased, and we will recommend Johnson & Sons to others.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. My entire carpet install was a disaster plagued by improperly installed carpet, communication issues, unhelpful staff, and being blamed by management for not understanding the technical details of carpet. You're better off buying sight unseen online than trusting Johnson's & Sons Flooring
Be very careful with using this company and only use as a last resort!!! I suggest if needed buying supplies after YOUR measurements and contracting out. Let’s start with the fact that our contract had to be edited about 5 times before finalizing the numbers we discussed. Not impressed!!!! Got gray flooring,they used brown entrance pieces which come apart will not contact me to fix the problem as of today going on 4 weeks, i have contact them 3 times the install manager I guess is the only one that can make a decision he has been on vacation for a month. Not to mention they sold me 2 and a half boxes to much that would not return. Not happy will chose another place for next time.
I'm very disappointed and angry at this point with my flooring. I had waited years to finally be able to get my new flooring and was sent an inexperienced installer. He is no longer with the company I might add. It was also his first job with them. He didn't use the proper tool for the adhesive which has left some of my flooring not adhered to the subfloor. I had a carpet runner installed last November from Johnson & Sons. The ordering process and installation went great. My puppy tore up the carpet on the first step. I had an extra piece of carpet from the install. I called the store for three weeks, left voicemails, sent text messages, sent a message online through the website, sent pictures, had at least 3-4 people say someone would call me back to schedule the repair, and NOTHING.
