Jon was very punctual, hard working, making sure all the t’s were crossed and the i’s were dotted. Closing went through without hiccup. Jon went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled prior to closing; and I was able to show up and sign the papers, stress free.
Between my not so great credit and using a VA Home Loan, it took some time and patience to get thru the process. He was always there to answer any questions and give pointers while I worked on my credit, and he didn't give up when the VA wasn't too thrilled about my now home. Thanks again Jon!
