American Mortgage with Jon Olson was amazing. Everything I needed to turn in went extremely fast. I was actually set up to close 18 days early. If the seller wanted to I could have moved in early as well. I am definitely going through Jon again in the future and will tell friends and family about him as well.
I have used Jon twice now. Both times went just as Jon laid out for us. The First time we used Jon was to refi after putting an addition on our home and the 2nd was when rates dropped 2 years later. Jon put all of our option on the table, explained each option and even gave his recommendation on what he thought would work best for us based on our finances and goals. Since working with Jon I have recommended him to a couple of my co-works. One of them reached out to Jon and also had a great experience.
We encountered a number of little hiccups with low credit and one of us being self employed. Jon was able to try out different scenarios to get us the best loan that fit our needs.
Jon did an outstanding job from the word "go". He helped us refinance our mortgage from a 30 year to a 20 year which decreased our interested significantly and we had no closing costs. It was a great experience and I'd highly recommend Jon to my closest friends and family.
