Handlers were careless and did not fallow up with there words. They did not return calls or give back documents they tuck from me.
Less than my past experience with another law firm with a similar type accident ten years ago. At Perkins I never met with a licensed attorney at the Perkins firm, located in the Hartford office. The initial meeting was with an employee of the firm who reviewed my case. I explained my accident, answered a few questions she had for me, and left. I found the interest and concern of everyone I dealt with to be genuine. Communication was continuous
I had what I thought, was a very small irrelevant case. Attorney Malek and her assistant Katey have worked with me almost 3.5 years to get this resolved. The outcome was much better than I ever thought. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work. You would have thought I had a 1,000,000 case. I don't think it mattered what the case value was, I believe I got the same attention as anyone else. Thanks again both of you and your entire staff for a job well done. Glad it's over but I will miss talking with you!

My experience with Jonathan Perkin was a very good one. All of their personnel were very professional. They greeted you with a smile and were always polite. From the time they took on my case until the end, they always keep me up-to-date about what was going on with my cse. Whenver I would call with any questions they were always able to answer me within a timely manner. What I really like is how fast that they were able to settle my case from start to finish.
