My experience with the Jonathan Perkins Firm would be mediocre at best. I haven't dealt with any other firms before so to be fair I don't have much else to compare this experience to. What I do know is that they claim they will call you back with updates every 10-14 days, but unfortunately I found myself having to chase after them and wait for calls back. I would never use Jonathan Perkins or would I ever refer anybody else to Jonathan Perkins it was the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer the people you have in the Fairfield office it the worst people to have to deal with

I am deeply regretful that I used this lawyers office. My personal injury claim with this company was handled very sloppy. The case manager is very rude and seemed to lack enthusiasm for my case. Correspondence was not timely and in cases misunderstood. Requesting information regarding the case was fluffed up so to keep me satisfied for that moment. And then I heard from a relative who use to work there the practices that go one. I was better off representing myself!

Never in a million years I thought that I would feel like a victim while being the victim. The first time I used Perkins and Mario back in the late 90's I was awarded $10,000 dollars in an accident, but after a long gruesome wait for the insurance company of the person who hit my car paid out for the injuries I sustained I only received $3300 the rest went else where (now who was the real victim there)? I went to JP and the firm after suffering a bad hand injury similar to staff infection that rendered me utterly useless for a period of about four months. During this time I was unable to work because I am an artist and could not use my injured right hand. I lost a great job opportunity and was devastated. I was also hospitalized for six days and had to move out of my home during all of this as well. In the end I believe the firm did their best. In general dealing with auto insurance companies is not a pleasant or fair experience. Though I don't feel satisfied that my injury was well compensated, I know that it's a game of negotiation and Jonathan Perkins knows the game and informs the client every step of the way.
