Charles had amazing customer service! He responded quickly with all of my questions and was always available when needed! Everything was prompt and professional.

I shopped around a lot for lender and was lucky to stumble upon Charles. BNC does have the best rate in town, but they aren't the fastest when it comes to responding to emails/inquiries, and they were an out-of-state lender in my case. However, my deal was able to close on time thanks to Charles. He was in communication with me even though he was on holiday, and was extremely patient explaining the process to a first-time home buyer. Patient with all my questions. First contact I was comparing lenders he understood, gave me lots of information, including questions I hadn’t thought of. No pressure. Interest rate was the same with several lenders, but the fees were lower, another company offered to match. But I already was enjoying working with Charles.
Mr. Jones was a professional who took pride, knowledge and experience when dealing with a client. He is extremely confident in his capabilities to assist you in any endeavors that you might encounter. I am very proud of the work he did to expedite my closing. Again, I will refer anyone or Veteran to him to processed their loan.
Charles assisted me with every aspect of my mortgage loan application. From working through credit issues to loan amount changes, he was there every step of the way explaining the process and next steps. Looking forward to working with Charles for any of my future mortgage needs.
