Over the past four months, I worked directly with Mr. Charles Jones, Jr. to refinance my primary residence and then my vacation home. Update Mar 2021: I just completed my second refi with Charles. I will continued to recommend him to my friends and family members. From Mar 2020: Charles provided me with a very low VA refi rate. My wife and I decided to go with BNC bank and our experience with Charles was nothing short of exceptional. He was readily available when needed and answered all questions as thoroughly as possible. In past experiences it usually takes a significant time for a call back. That was never the case with Charles and I highly recommend him.
I think closing within 4-weeks is pretty fast! If you are thinking of refinancing and you think you have a great interest rate, make sure sure to ask how fast they can close.
Charles was very helpful in explaining the process as we went along. Very responsive to any questions that I had and was able to explain any questions of financial persuasion in terms that I was able to understand. Communications is the key to success and Charles was right on the mark.
