I had a difficult situation from a paperwork perspective. Charles stayed on it and kept in contact until the loan went through. Was able to arrange my closing completed in two locations (one for my wife and one for me)

Charles took care of us with a refinance and again with a purchase. He did great! Was always very responsive and available. No hesitation to recommend him!
Charles is friendly and kind and got me the best deal possible. Courteous and fun to talk to! He should really be a radio announcer. Worth working with him just to hear his voice. But seriously he got me the best deal by far.
I've now closed TWO separate refinances with Charles. He is fantastic! He works hard to ensure his clients get a fair deal, and he explains every part of the process. He responds promptly to inquiries, and will follow up with reminders when appropriate. I think the fact that I went back to him for a second refinance speaks volumes about how great he is to work with.
Mr. Jones was extremely helpful when I decided to refinance my home. He was able to get me a great rate that couldn't be beat by any other competitor. Most importantly, Mr. Jones and kept me informed throughout the whole process which made things easy and stress free. Not to mention we were able to close within the timeline he proposed! We just closed on our re-finance with Charles help. It was a good experience. He answered all of our questions and was very responsive. He is able to do the whole process except for closing (which was in our home!) on a remote basis.
