Complicated transaction from the start and without Joe H the deal would have never gotten done. Joe H, came highly recommended from first time home buyers and investors. He lived up to everyone's expectations and recommendations.
This was my second transaction with Joe and again he hit it out of the park. When it comes to executing mortgages in 2018 in my opinion two things matter the most. 1. The technology platform of the mortgage company or bank to save time and and create greater efficiency in document prep. 2. The mortgage broker / banker. You want someone who understands structuring and options while being timely and reliable. Strong recommendation for Guranteed Rate and Joe Hickey, they are excellent at this two important criteria.
I worked with Joe for my purchase which was very easy fast and got me the best rate at the very last second. I couldn't have asked for a better process then this. I recommend him!!
They did an amazing job staying on top of everything and doing everything for me, I did the least amount of leg work of all my loans, and they were ready to close in just 3 weeks.
