This is my second time Using Joe and Guaranteed Rate and as always Joe was knowledgeable, offered and explained multiple options and was always available for questions throughout the process. Guaranteed Rate has streamlined and perfected the mortgage and closing process with their web portal and document signing interface. My Rate was lower than expected and I am extremely satisfied with the service from Joe and Guaranteed Rate. I would definitely, without hesitation, use Guaranteed Rate again.

I absolutely loved working with Guarenteed rate. My loan officer, Joesph Hickey, was wonderful. He Always kept me informed, was easy to reach and answered all the questions that a nervous, first time homebuyer had. In fact, we had an issue with another lender and switched to guaranteed very late in the process and they were still able to reach the closing deadlines. This company has made our dream of being homeowners a reality.

Once again, Joe was fantastic to work with, at every step in the process of refinancing our loan. He was always available and responsive, communicated extremely well, and was very, very patient. He explained all loan options in detail, answered any questions we had, walked us through the entire process, and made us feel confident that we were in good hands at all times. Joe knows his stuff, and does business the way it should be done.

Our loan process went so smoothly and easily that it was almost too good to be true! Most of the document tracking was done online, which made keeping everything organized and transparent very easily. On top of that, Joe was great about staying in touch every step of the way and outlining what would happen next. I would happily work with him again.

Joe is amazing! He is with you every step of the way and makes the home buying process as seamless as possible! He was able to answer every question we had and assist with anything we needed. He was so thorough in his ability to plot out all of the charges we could expect on closing day. He wasn't trying to trick us with hidden fees or things that other lenders weren't as up front in researching. I would hands down recommend him any day of the week!

Joe explained the whole process at the very beginning and was constantly in touch giving me updates. He was always on top of the status of the mortgage and what the next steps were. He went above and beyond by giving advice on issues that came up during the home purchase process.
