I have closed on many homes and this closing was one of the quickest and easiest I had.. We were very pleased with Joseph Jones as a real estate loan officer. He was attentive and prepared to set up approval for several scenarios for approval. Once we had a contract the many requirements needed were simplified and everything went smoothly. He was great at keeping us updated as things were progressing. We were veery fortunate to close earlier then initially set.
