My first home purchase happened to be a second home for my family. Being out of town, and completely new to home buying I had a lot of questions/concerns. Joseph and team made the process very easy, and were happy to answer any questions I had. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly they stayed on top of things the entire process. Given how crazy this market is, the fact that Joe made me feel like I was his only client speaks volumes about him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and goes above and beyond to make the process go smooth.
