Joseph and his team (Kim, Kara, and Heather) were great to work with! The process of purchasing a home is crazy and stressful, and they were with us ever step of the way to answer questions and resolve issues IMMEDIATELY. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and we were never left wondering where things stood. We were told by other lenders that the VA loan process can be more difficult and lengthy, but Joseph handled everything in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend.

It was so easy and smooth working with Joseph from the first time we spoke. He made sure to detail the entire process and kept me up to date on all of it. He took calls while he was awy from the office and made sure I had what we needed to keep our housing process moving along. He also answered every question I had. Just completed my second refinance with Joseph. I can not say enough about how helpful he was during the process. He is very tentative to your needs and always gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. He was always there whenever I had any questions that needed to be answered. Joseph Jones is awesome at what he does! We were referred by the development people and our realtor who both had great things to say about Mr. Jones at Guaranteed Rate. His staff of people made a difficult process seem smooth. With great communication throughout: e-mail, text, or phone call…. We were living in VA, and again his team was readily accessible! This is our forever home; but, given another opportunity to purchase a new home, I personally would use/ recommend Joseph Jones and Guaranteed Rate!!!
