There is not words to describe how this experience has been with Joseph and his whole staff. There communication is awesome and being a senior citizen they have gone out of there way to help me. This is not our first purchase and hoping it will be my last but this by far has been the easiest. Joseph and his staff care about you and not just making the loan. Hands down i would recommend them 100 precent and i am in sales myself. I respect honesty and that staff has it.

Joseph and his team (Kim, Kara, and Heather) were great to work with! The process of purchasing a home is crazy and stressful, and they were with us ever step of the way to answer questions and resolve issues IMMEDIATELY. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and we were never left wondering where things stood. We were told by other lenders that the VA loan process can be more difficult and lengthy, but Joseph handled everything in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend.
