We were very pleased with Joseph Jones as a real estate loan officer. He was attentive and prepared to set up approval for several scenarios for approval. Once we had a contract the many requirements needed were simplified and everything went smoothly. He was great at keeping us updated as things were progressing. We were veery fortunate to close earlier then initially set.

Because of falling interest rates, my wife and i decided to refinance our home mortgage. We had never used a mortgage company before but found that it was actually easier and more convenient to go through the refinance process with Guaranteed Rate than with a bank.
