Joseph and his team were incredible to work with from start to finish. They made everything so easy and the communication was on point. When we finally got to our closing day (mind you this was a couple days before we had to be out of our apartment and would soon be homeless), we ran into all sorts of last minute delays with our builder getting the certificate of occupancy, to the HOA inspection that was needed to close. There is not words to describe how this experience has been with Joseph and his whole staff. There communication is awesome and being a senior citizen they have gone out of there way to help me. This is not our first purchase and hoping it will be my last but this by far has been the easiest. Joseph and his staff care about you and not just making the loan. The process of purchasing a home is crazy and stressful, and they were with us ever step of the way to answer questions and resolve issues IMMEDIATELY.
