From inital phone call to closing day, Joseph Jones and his team were fantastic. I do not see how another lender can surpass the service that we received from Joseph and his group. I closed on my first home today as a first time home buyer and they made the entire process way less daunting than everyone makes it out to be. They always answered my questions quickly.
