Having never purchased a house before, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. With Joseph Jones (and his team) it was a much more pleasant and easy experience than I would have assumed for something I thought would be complex. Seriously, it was a breeze. We even closed early! Joseph went above and beyond and even spent time (after work hours) making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions about the process. 10/10 would use Joseph Jones again and will be recommending him to all the people I know.

Joseph was wonderful. I was living in NJ and having a home built in South Carolina. Joseph was available at all hours of the day...whenever I called. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. An inter-state transaction is difficult but Joseph and his team made it very easy. I would recommend him and his team

Navigating the market and finding a good lender can be painful. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with Joseph. He was very transparent in explaining the process, made himself available even on weekends, and made the entire process very easy. Joseph and his team are top notch. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Joseph and his team were outstanding during our closing process. His knowledge of available rate comparisons for Jumbo loan products were the best out there. We dealt with a few issues during our loan process, which always happens! They were always ready to assist my wife and I with any needed advice. Highly recommend!

Joseph made getting our loan for our new home very easy. His pre-approval made us the front runners in purchasing our new home. His after-care when we did go through with purchasing the house was also very easy. Everything was done online and very quickly. He was available for us whenever we had any questions and he kept us informed every step of the way. He and his team were thorough, professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Joseph and his team were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Moving states can be difficult when buying a home, Joseph made sure to walk me through all the steps and was available for any questions I had. The easiest home-buying experience I've had. I would also recommend him to new homebuyers!
