We were in constant communication to decide when to lock the rate, based on the anticipated actions of the Federal Open Market Committee. I am happy with my decision.
Everyone was very responsive over email, text and phone. They made the process incredibly easy with checklists, and uploads of documents, very EASY! I have never had a home purchase go so quickly, and so easy to navigate. Very impressed with Joseph and his staff, and HIGHLY recommend them!!!

This was my third time buying a house and Joseph and his team made this the best experience!
