Having never purchased a house before, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. With Joseph Jones (and his team) it was a much more pleasant and easy experience than I would have assumed for something I thought would be complex. Seriously, it was a breeze. We even closed early! Joseph went above and beyond and even spent time (after work hours) making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions about the process. 10/10 would use Joseph Jones again and will be recommending him to all the people I know.

He was very transparent in explaining the process, made himself available even on weekends, and made the entire process very easy. Joseph and his team are top notch.
