Actually listen to the customer. When a customer specifies the one element that is the most important in a new mortgage, actually pay attention. During the final calculation process be in constant contact, do not wait 4 days to return calls/vcml/emails. Additionally do not get defensive when a customer asks questions about their own finances and interest rates.
