Josh did a fantastic job and so did his team. They were all very responsive and helpful. If I were to offer a small piece of feedback it would be to assume that clients know very little about the process involved, so additional clarity and communication will always help. I also think closing could have gone smoother (felt like we had to push for it) and it would have helped to have known ahead of time that payment from title company would not happen right away (theres a 3 business day delay).

On multiple occasions we call Mrs. Craft but never received a call back. We didn't have really anything explained to use in the beginning, as what costs what, what or how much we need at closing, and such. Sending same information 4 times to 4 different ladies. Like no one talks to each other there. Josh was the only one who answered or call backed as requested. Not to mention the way appraiser low ball our house. We're happy everything went thru, and we got the house.
