It was an ok experience for me, I feel the team can do better at helping the customer understand what are the steps, whatâ??s coming next, etc, this process is overwhelming and having better support an assistance from the team could have made a huge difference. He had access to an amazing down payment assistance program, and he spent time finding the best mortgage product for me. Underwriting asked for documentation that seemed standard and reasonable, and they never asked for documents to be resent endless times (like other lenders).
