Things seemed to start off on the wrong foot and continued to be a run around up until closing. While we are ultimately satisfied with the terms of our loan and the friendliness of staff, we were either sent wrong documents, sent documents later than than promised, or had to get our realtor involved to put pressure on. While everyone was friendly and responsive, the left hand wasn't talking to the right hand as our loan moved from pre-approval down the line.
