As previous customers with Josh, we were glad that he reached out to us to make us aware that interest rates had dropped enough to possibly justify a refi. After he worked up some preliminary numbers, he did make us aware that at any point in time if "the math didn't work" or if we simply changed our minds, we had the discretion to stop the process. Josh and his staff kept us informed and they made the "paperwork" on their portal very easy to complete.
