Josh was there from day one, Friday evening at 6pm. When no one else was working, he was and he gave us all the info we needed to put an offer on our house first thing Sat morning. This was our first home buying experience with a VA loan so we had a ton of questions along the way. Josh and Alex always made me feel that they cared. They acknowledged that buying and selling is a stressful enough process while managing full time jobs and running a day to day life and gave us the space to work at our pace initially and worked with us on quickening the pace once we were under contract.
