Josh Epps and the Guaranteed Rate team made my refinance go smoothly. From the time I contacted Josh to check on refi rates to closing they were with me every step of the way to assist in any way needed. You can opt to do the entire process online, which is what I did, but they are there if you need any help at all. Adjectives to use for Joshua Epps! Polite, Intelligent, knowledgeable, accurate on costs, dates, especially closing date, most importantly, high standards! The loan process with Joshua was very straight forward and I did not have to worry about his company getting me the lowest rates available with my good credit history.
