From the time I contacted Josh to check on refi rates to closing they were with me every step of the way to assist in any way needed. You can opt to do the entire process online, which is what I did, but they are there if you need any help at all. Regardless of who I contacted on the team, they responded quickly and made sure I had what I needed. I recommend them wholeheartedly for home mortgage or refinancing-you won’t be sorry.

Adjectives to use for Joshua Epps! Polite, Intelligent, knowledgeable, accurate on costs, dates, especially closing date, most importantly, high standards! Joshua was prompt in answering my calls, and questions. If message was left, I received a call from Joshua within a few minutes. Always returned my call, answered my questions, very courteous and professional. I would definitely reccomend Joshua to anyone financing a home in the area of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The loan process with Joshua was very straight forward and I did not have to worry about his company getting me the lowest rates available with my good credit history. His staff was very helpful and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Communications were top-notch and Joshua and his team had my loan package ready by the closing date. My husband & I was able to buy a place in Cherry Grove & couldn't ask for a better finance team that Joshua Epps has. Because he pre qualified us we were able to get the place we wanted.
