We were able to close on line since our move was from state to state. This was especially important due to the recent virus complications going on! Josh and his team were great to work with even though I was remote (in Texas). Communication was clear and timely, and the process was painless. Almost everything was conducted online making the process quick and efficient. When we moved the close date up a few weeks - Josh and team were able to accommodate without issue. I would be happy to recommend them or if I decided to buy again - I would certainly contact them.
