The process is very lengthy. Josh is very good at using positivite words to keep the morale high through the process but sometimes it can give you a false sense of security. I wish they would be more forthcoming with the info that is needed. Alot of items that were needed almost seemed like an afterthought. I really wish I could've known sooner because most time sensitive documents are at the mercy of other businkesses who do not have a fast turn around and it makes an already long process even longer.
