With tech and the world pushing and promoting going paperless these payments are still awaiting to be paid as mailing out the statements and payment coupons. Josh was very nice, however information we were given and told was consistently changed throughout the entire process which made everything extremely stressful on our end. It would have been nice if we spoke to someone that knows exactly how things are done and we are not misinformed about anything, especially when several people are involved in the process.
