I would highly recommend Jourden Peszek. He was terrific in helping me through a complex process in a calm, cool, and collect approach. He communicated well with me on a regular basis throughout the entire process, and I found him to honest, informative, and straightforward, which is somewhat rare within the lending business. If you are looking for a lender who knows the "ins and outs" of the lending process, and will see things through to the end in a calm, cool, and collect manner, then I would highly recommend Jourden.

We recently refinanced our mortgage with Jourden. Things went really well - Jourden's communication and willingness to answer our questions was definitely appreciated. Jourden was so great during the entire home buying process. I had a lot of questions and he always answered them quickly, and in a friendly manner. I find that a lot of people in the real estate industry tend to think everyone understands the process as well as they do, and I truly appreciated him explaining things to me when I had questions. He also came to our closing which I thought really was a step above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

If your looking at buying a new house, and want the smoothest quick experience with your financing... then Jourdan is who you want to use! We first called him on a Saturday afternoon and he met up with us that evening and we got the ball rolling. From the time we signed the contract with the sellers till we closed was less than a month! I recently closed on my 1st home and I am very happy Jourdan was the one to help guide me through the entire process. Not only was I a 1st time home buyer, but I was building as well so it was very important I had someone in my corner who was knowledge and also responsive to any questions I had. He calmed my nerves and made everything go very smoothly. We closed quickly with no hiccups and I am just ecstatic in my new home. Jourden was very helpful and knowledgable. He walked us through the whole loan application and gave us the best rate in the market. Working paperless with Guaranteed Rate was easy as I could upload all the required documents at my own convenience. As a first time home buyer I was really nervous about the whole process but Jourden made it very easy for us. I would highly recommend Jourden to first time home buyers and even people looking for refinance.

Jourden and his GR team have done unbelievable job. Incredibly responsive, hghly professional and knowledgeable. We were able to close on a 4-Unit building within 4-6 weeks despite the TRID regulations that just came out. I have been more than impressed. I've been sending emails around midnight and getting instant resoponses and feedback. Very impressed. A+++
