Jourden and his GR team have done unbelievable job. Incredibly responsive, hghly professional and knowledgeable. We were able to close on a 4-Unit building within 4-6 weeks despite the TRID regulations that just came out. I have been more than impressed. I've been sending emails around midnight and getting instant resoponses and feedback. Very impressed. A+++

Jourden helped me with a mortgage for my home. His whole team did a great job. They answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The title company, realtor, and my attorney all made mention of how easy to work with he was. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend him and would use him and his team again.

Jourden helped getting my mortgage for my first home. Even though he was located remotely and I was a little concerned initially he performed very well. His whole team worked great together and the closing went smoothly. I would recommend Jourden's services especially he was able to beat the rate proposed by local lenders.

Jourdan helped me with a refi of my condo and it couldn't have gone smoother. We had talked a few weeks prior, while rates were just okay and I was still on the fence. Then the rates dropped and Jourdan followed up immediately. He walked me through a few scenarios (20 year vs 15 year) and was patient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I couldn't have been more lucky than to have Jourden work on my loan application! After 2 months of working with a local competitor, who thought they could close in 9 days, Jourden was diligent with weeding through details, found a way to warrant a condo I was told was unwarrantable and closed in 3 weeks! It was so great to work with Jourden. I was recommended to him by my cousin who used him for a home purchase and said he was the go-to guy for a mortgage. I used him for a home purchase as well and he was great. He was very knowledgable, responsive, and caring. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous but Jourden took the time to make sure we really understood the whole loan process which definitely helped me feel better about the process.I absolutely recommend Jourden!
