We had discussed a purchase and a refi, and Jourden has deep knowledge and patience - especially as housing deals can drag out a long time. He looked at creative options, and referred me to other professionals when needed. He knew what products he had that could help, and when his products wouldn't be the right fit. Very educational learning experience.

I would highly recommend Jourden Peszek. He was terrific in helping me through a complex process in a calm, cool, and collect approach. He communicated well with me on a regular basis throughout the entire process, and I found him to honest, informative, and straightforward, which is somewhat rare within the lending business. If you are looking for a lender who knows the "ins and outs" of the lending process, and will see things through to the end in a calm, cool, and collect manner, then I would highly recommend Jourden.

Jourden was so great during the entire home buying process. I had a lot of questions and he always answered them quickly, and in a friendly manner. I find that a lot of people in the real estate industry tend to think everyone understands the process as well as they do, and I truly appreciated him explaining things to me when I had questions. He also came to our closing which I thought really was a step above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
