I recently closed on my 1st home and I am very happy Jourdan was the one to help guide me through the entire process. Not only was I a 1st time home buyer, but I was building as well so it was very important I had someone in my corner who was knowledge and also responsive to any questions I had. He calmed my nerves and made everything go very smoothly. We closed quickly with no hiccups and I am just ecstatic in my new home. Jourden was very helpful and knowledgable. He walked us through the whole loan application and gave us the best rate in the market. Working paperless with Guaranteed Rate was easy as I could upload all the required documents at my own convenience. As a first time home buyer I was really nervous about the whole process but Jourden made it very easy for us. I would highly recommend Jourden to first time home buyers and even people looking for refinance.

Jourden and his GR team have done unbelievable job. Incredibly responsive, hghly professional and knowledgeable. We were able to close on a 4-Unit building within 4-6 weeks despite the TRID regulations that just came out. I have been more than impressed. I've been sending emails around midnight and getting instant resoponses and feedback. Very impressed. A+++

Jourden helped getting my mortgage for my first home. Even though he was located remotely and I was a little concerned initially he performed very well. Jourdan helped me with a refi of my condo and it couldn't have gone smoother. We had talked a few weeks prior, while rates were just okay and I was still on the fence. Then the rates dropped and Jourdan followed up immediately. He walked me through a few scenarios (20 year vs 15 year) and was patient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Jourdan responded quickly to all my questions along the way and I felt like a top priority!
