I was happy with Joyce until we got to the final signing of the house, besides showing up over 30 minutes late, the final amount due at closing was $2000.00 over the good faith estimate. I asked Joyce why this was and she assured me she would look right into it and call me tomorrow, this went on for a few weeks, she still has not gotten back to me, months later.
