From start to finish it took 7 months to refinance on our house and 3 different times we had to get our paperwork ex. Check stubs, checking and saving account history to them. Also, we lost a better interest rate because of it expiring before being able to close. And we were told we were going to close in December and will get $5,000 from our escrow and then for some reason we couldn't close in time and closed January instead and didn't get that check. Didn't always get answers in timely matter.

They pushed my application through the underwriting process so I could close earlier than expected. The process was quick and I was provided clear documentation as to what documents I needed to supply. I was also kept up to date throughout the process via phone calls, texts and/or emails regarding documents I needed to sign and what the next steps were. I am so thankful to everyone who helped with my mortgage process because I am in my new home earlier than expected.
