I had three weeks respite in Jubilee House Leamington Spa. This is managed by Rukmi who is an incredible leader. Her marvellous attitude inspires her staff. All staff maintain a good work ethic and are cheerful even when some residents are snappy to them. They cope amazingly well under pressure. The cuisine is excellent with a variety of dishes that aid recovery from major surgery, I can really recommend Jubilee House as FIRST CLASS. The hospitality is second to none. Thank you all so a wonderful recovery period.

I stayed at Jubilee House for 4 weeks convalescent care following a major operation. from the moment I first made contact I found the team to be very helpful and flexible! despite the fact that I was below their usual minimum age of 65. The home itself is modern and thoughtfully constructed, so it is easy to walk to a lounge or dining room, even if, like me initially, you have limited mobility. As a family visiting our dear Relative at Jubilee House we all agree the home is outstanding. The staff (all of them) are really knowledgeable and friendly and they make us feel welcome. The rooms are 5 Star hotel rooms and the bathrooms are stunning. The hallways are very posh. The Food 'Wow' what a super choice of delicious meals, we have eaten with our relative on Sundays and it is very good and the desserts are even better. My grandmother had a short stay at Jubilee House for 3 months, but during that time she was cared for with outstanding kindness, care & compassion. The home feels warm, welcoming and like a home from home. The staff could not have been more accommodating, especially when she had some requests that weren't on the menu! My dad has been here over a year and we are still experiencing fantastic care as his needs are getting greater. The staff are all so kind, caring and friendly. The care home is more like a hotel with the sociable Bistro and excellent large rooms my dad feels at home and is treated with pure dignity and respect.
Jubilee House is a warm, caring home where all staff take the time to understand the residents and adapt to their needs. My mum feels safe, secure, and surrounded by friendship and support. The home offers a vibrant and happy environment where my mum's health and personal wellbeing has flourished within the bounds of her healthcare needs. Communication with family is also great.

My father has been a resident of Jubilee House since the care home opened in May 2023. He is very happy living here and the staff are very caring. Dad enjoys the entertainment and activities which are well planned. He also enjoys the food very much.
