My right hip had a flared up and i was very stressed out because of my work for the first time the doctor prescribed me medications that slowed my thoughts down I’m very thankful to all staff members at urgent care!! For helping me out when I needed them!!

This was my third experience with treatment for trauma in Juneau. The previous two were at Bartlett ER, and the Bartlett episodes were intensely negative experiences in terms of quality of care, especially by the attending physician (same one both times, such is my luck). The decision to prefer Juneau Urgent & Family care for my current traumatic insult has been rewarded with prompt, thoroughly professional diagnosis and treatment by Dr. P and his staff. They are the go-to for me.
I had a fever of 101 for two days going into the weekend. Stopped at the clinic for help, was in and out and on the mend! Awesome service!
Everyone was very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend Juneau urgent care!
Helped me know what to do to take care of my baby. Was a busy place and dr’s and nurses were rushing (there was probably lots to do before closing time), felt I didn’t have time to think through questions I was asked. Didn’t feel like all the relevant information was asked about. But we learned what we needed to take care of things, so we were grateful for that. Will use same urgent care again when needed, but will stick with regular Dr when they’re available.
