When I was at my worst all the staff were very friendly and nice to me ! While talking with the doctor he let me pick out what line of treatment I loved It!! Made me feel like I was heard thanks sooo much!!!

I am so grateful Juneau Urgent and Family Care was open and taking patients on Sunday. I went in feeling very sick and was diagnosed with the flu. I didn't have to wait long and I received excellent care, prescriptions, and detailed information on their use. I also received a follow-up phone call today to see how I was doing. I hadn't suspected the flu, having had the flu shot. They knew what to check for right away based on my symptoms. Very glad they were there for me.

I hardly waited at all, maybe it was because I made an appt online ahead of time? The PA who treated me was kind, professional, thorough, & very informative. I was impressed with my visit.
