It took a week to respond to pharmacy for Rx refill. Now my medications will be arriving while I’m out of state traveling.
I have been to urgent care for all my COVID vaccines . This was my 4th. I had to wait for the vaccine to thaw as I was the first person of the day which was fine. I was not happy with the CNA who administered the vaccine. He entered the room twice and both times did not have his mask on. My husband was at the same time in another room and he said the same thing. This is not professional behavior .

I know doctors and nurses are busy. It shouldn’t have taken 48 minutes to get a Covid Booster! The check in process was cumbersome. There was only 3 chairs in the waiting room when there was 5 people in there. I have friends that got there shots at other places and they stated they were in and out in no time.

I had an appointment at 2 PM to get a Covid test. Took almost over an hour to get a 10 minute result test done. Paid for test in advance when I arrived. I think there was too much information needed just to take a test. No need to have insurance information and anything else personal just to have a test done with the results and minutes. Insurance and next of kin have not needed in the documentation just to have a test done. A huge waste of time. Plus the lobby has a huge perfume issue. I believe the nurse who saw me was hostile towards even seeing me as a patient because of my stated fear of the COVID injection, although she did offer me written information to take with me for review about the COVID injections offered by Urgent Care. Don’t charge over $300 for a COVID shot that takes 30 seconds. My insurance will not cover it. I don’t see how you can charge for a full office visit when my “office visit” was less than a minute with at least 15 strangers. My house is now out over $600. I canceled my second appointment and it was not canceled. I had to call 3 times.
