Personable and efficient
The wait time was not very long. The doctor was pleasant and professional.
Urgent care is a great place even though of the high staff turn over I can always depend on them ! I owe my life to Dr. Perez thank you for taking care of me after 4 hip replacements plus even when I had a pick line!!!
All my needs were addressed in a timely manner, all my questions were answered without hesitation, I’m very pleased with my visit to Juneau Urgent Care.

Rather not discuss
Literally the worst place I have ever been, they told me I was dying, ran so many tests to the point to where I’m broke now. Only to go to a different doctor, in a different state, for them to tell me I’m perfectly healthy. The only thing Juneau urgent and family care will do is break your wallet! Please, if you care about your health and your mind go somewhere else.!
It took a week to respond to pharmacy for Rx refill. Now my medications will be arriving while I’m out of state traveling.
I have been to urgent care for all my COVID vaccines . This was my 4th. I had to wait for the vaccine to thaw as I was the first person of the day which was fine. I was not happy with the CNA who administered the vaccine. He entered the room twice and both times did not have his mask on. My husband was at the same time in another room and he said the same thing. This is not professional behavior .
