Trying to get our COVID-19 test and the result sooner two to three days, and they were able to provide the one with the result within fifteen minutes. Save us a lot of head aches.

I believe the nurse who saw me was hostile towards even seeing me as a patient because of my stated fear of the COVID injection, although she did offer me written information to take with me for review about the COVID injections offered by Urgent Care. I had also come for a well-person checkup, the visit cost was $175, and I got nothing but the COVID instruction. Don’t charge over $300 for a COVID shot that takes 30 seconds. My insurance will not cover it. I don’t see how you can charge for a full office visit when my “office visit” was less than a minute with at least 15 strangers. My house is now out over $600. I canceled my second appointment and it was not canceled. I had to call 3 times.

Made an appointment by phone the week before. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. I had taken time off from work. I was eventually helped but very frustrating
No doctor available to give the shot I needed...waited 45min in exam room with the heat cranked way up...waste of time

Worst than I expected. The medical practitioner named Christina who assisted me did not help me at all on my medical issue and even forcing me to go back to Ketchikan to see my own family doctor and seems like she’s in a hurry. She was so aggressive and careless of which she hurt my right ear when she tried to poke her medical instruments while checking my ears. I was so upset.
If I could give negative stars I would! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. And so was the doctor. Never going to come here again.
