This was my third experience with treatment for trauma in Juneau. The previous two were at Bartlett ER, and the Bartlett episodes were intensely negative experiences in terms of quality of care, especially by the attending physician (same one both times, such is my luck). The decision to prefer Juneau Urgent & Family care for my current traumatic insult has been rewarded with prompt, thoroughly professional diagnosis and treatment by Dr. P and his staff. They are the go-to for me.
