The doctors and staff were very professional. My doctor was so good at explaining what was to be done and what to expect. I also received two follow up phone calls.

Super fast, very understanding and caring, and helped diagnose my health problem within minutes. Outstanding customer service- for a walk-in appointment, I was shocked at how incredible it was. 5/5! I was assisted by Kaden and Dr. Christin Benge (not seeing those options below).

I’m very thankful to have urgent care here in Juneau because of my very busy daily schedule I can make appointments on the week ends I can still get medications I need to make my life easier thank goodness for you guys!!!

It was very good.
Computers were causing some problems, but I got all the attention I was supposed to get and felt well cared for. The clinic called me the next couple of days to find out if my symptoms abated or were worse. Definitely appreciated. I think it was Alicia who helped me and the "virtual" assistant was delightful...and different! I was early in the day and it was a great walk in for an out-of-towner.

I've been going to Juneau Urgent Care for six years. I'm a lot healthier now than when I started going thanks to the great care I've received. The physicians are excellent and so is the staff. If you're looking for a primary care physician, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them!

Well the entrance smells way too much like marijuana, for people who don’t use it, it makes you nervous to return to work at a place where strict policy means termination, so smelling like I hung out with cheech and chong going back to work makes me nervous.

Appointments are accepted, very nice staff and very professional service. I had better care here and with Dr. Trudeau than I ever had with a private practice doctor. I am so grateful for the care and concern and identifying what was wrong.
