I would try to call him and I would talk to his assistant Mark and ask that he call me back and it didn't happen. I was dealing with three different people, Molly Woods, Justin and Mark. Molly seemed like the one who had the most information. It would have been nice to deal with one person.

Docuements required was painfull. I am waiting for my copy of the final mortgage papers. I made my first payment to Mutual of Omaha Mortgage for 6/1/25, but it is not showing on PHH Mortgage yet. Loandepot deducted my May morgage payment- $1566.75 on 5/1/25. That should have effected the math of the morgage since we closed in April. I had on 4/10/25 $2471.65 in Loandepot escrow. Well completing the loan on time would have been nice. didn't pay mortgage as directed not to and had to pay late fees with my old mortgage company because you couldn't get the loan done when you said you would. after I informed you of these fees incurred because of your company's advice, I was ignored like I said nothing. said it 4 more times a d was ignored like it was not your fault.
