Start with giving a list of ALL the requirements during loan application process. Then quit handing everything off. I would like one contact, to call and receive emails from. Refrain from texting emails and calls. One form of communication. Apparently need some sort of proof reader or someone to do quality control. My wife’s middle name was missed spelled.

My first payment date changed from August 1st to July 1st with messed things up for me I was going to pay off some loans which now I can't also the amount of what my payment will be kept changing

Not happy with the loan process or communication. Now that the loan is complete and then transferred to a new company, still confusion for first payment and lack of communication.

You promote through solar panels but separate from. Them and make customers fend for themselves we just passed credit to get panels and you duplicate same info

Communication is terrible. Any time Goodleap needed anything from us it was urgent or time sensitive but then they only communicated when we asked. It was so bad we got told we had to do repairs before we were ever provided the appraisal. That lead to the original application being closed without us being told and us finding out after we were trying to get the appraiser back out to clear the repairs. I had a poor experience with the first specialist who ghosted me after a while. Justin had to salvage our loan practically from scratch. Also, underwriters were a bit stubborn
