I felt like I was on a conveyor belt because I had a different servicer every week or two. I would have felt more comfortable if I were only dealing with 1 to 3 people. Also, I didn't know that I would have to mail out physical checks to the debtors. I spent 2 days on the phone and at the post office and FedEx sending out checks which cost me about $60 . Initially I heard $4000 (customers think of total charges) to save $40000. End result kept changing I paid $7000. Just because you save me money if I keep loan for the full 30 years does not mean you can just add charges at will. Make these up front. At least $22000 of my debt is from financing. Twice with your company
