The underwriters were extremely hard to work with. They wanted the same information over and over again. They would send emails requesting information all hours of the night. Are customer service guy Justin was very helpful and good to work with. Overall I wouldn't probably use loanpal again for any of my loans in the future.

i don't feel the upfront costs were factual and true and very expensive. Some of the necessary forms were redundant-namely wages. Please do not call.

Justin Caruso, Josh Maney & Eric Boerner was fantastic!! If this survey was just about them then I would have given them 5 stars!! My interaction with them was in the first 3 days of me making the first phone call. The rest of the two month ordeal was very unpleasant, lack of communication, requests for repeat documents, I had to actually call and ask if my loan went through!!

Being switched off bn 4 different people, maybe 5 and all of their emails made communication a bit rough. Was fine with Justin and our end person, but the 3 people and their emails in the middle muddied the waters a lot

We still have not received any information that the loan has been approved. Signing the closing documents is not enough, We need confirmation that it really went through and that all documents have been filed. We feel like we are being left hanging. Better communication would have improved the whole process.

The entire process was frustrating. We were asked to send some information more than once. After we thought things were going along we received a whole new packet of pages to e-sign again. We received a letter dated 29 April saying that Mortgage Request is denied. We were asking for $83,000.00 against a $400,000.00 plus, property. Short notice from appraiser to stop by and from Notary to stop by for signatures. All the people I talked with were VERY professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
