He was extremely communicative when arranging the loan with terms we were comfortable with. There was never a gap in communication as we progressed to closing on our home. As a first time home buyer, I can't imagine the loan process being any easier than it was working with him. There was some sort of slowdown waiting for the closing attorney to hand us our keys. One call from him had the attorney literally running out the door to the county office to personally record our deed. 😂 It was really awesome.
