Leslie was amazing! I can’t believe how quick she was to respond to my questions . She is friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt she was always looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend Nicole if you are looking to buy a house based on the followings: 1. Nicole is very punctual and organized. I sent an average 5-6 properties I want to see every week during my house hunting. Nicole was able to arrange viewing for all of them in timely manner. All the viewings were organized by Nicole to be within the proximity of each other, thus, minimizing the back-and-forth driving between property. Nicole was fantastic! We admit that we gave her the near impossible task of: finding us a home that was double the size, in our same town, during an extremely challenging housing market, within our price range, and in less than 2 months. Do not underestimate Nicole! She was able to EXCEED our expectations in amenities, location and timing. Nicole was amazing to work with, she was patient with us and at a time when we were discouraged and couldn’t find the house we wanted and told Nicole we were going to take a break from house hunting, Nicole gave us our space and said ok, don’t worry, I am here when you guys are ready. We meet Karla without knowing her and I was a little nervous. After we met Karla, we instantly knew that Karla would be able to service our needs with selling our home.
