My family was looking to buy an apartment in Sherman Oaks and Elvira was helping us in this process. After a few months of searching we finally found an apartment we liked. Elvira helped us to put an offer and we opened an Escrow. During the Escrow she negotiated a few thousand dollars for us on a closing costs and she guided us and stayed in touch with us through the whole process. I was amazed at how Abby was able to help my dad, with his older home in need of repair find the perfect buyer, was willing to take care of any necessary repairs and even helped with the cleanup. I would highly recommend her and two weeks we listed sold closed escrow.

Kim is a true professional and has a heart of GOLD! She sold my condo, in Placentia, in a record amount of days by being available for open houses and appointment based views. Kim was amazing when my mom passed and we had to get her home prepared to sell. She decorated the home to make sure it sold at top dollar. I love her personal touch and tenacity. It sold in less than 3 weeks!
