There are many Real Estate agents out there, however Daniel really does stand out above the rest. Daniel was our buyers agent and helped us close on our home. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice and assisted with negotiating with the seller which is never an easy task. My wife and I were looking for a home in the Corona area, and we followed up with Justin on the recommendation of a friend. We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful he was. Daniel Sievers is amazing! I was in town for a week and wasn't familiar with the area. Saw a bunch online with tremendous price difference. Daniel took his time and explained the pros and cons of particular area. We looked at several houses and I now have a much better idea of where I should settle. He definitely took his time and was dedicated to my needs. I am confident he will be my agent for a long time.

I met John Melendez in 2009. He is one of the most friendly, honest person that I have ever met! His real estate approach is more of a educator and consultant! He is not a pushy sales agent that you sometimes find in the real estate business.
