Ordered ribeye steak. Was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Full of gristle, almost impossible to chew. Waiter never once asked how was our food. Disappointing for suck a nice restaurant and awesome casino hotel.
Service was decent. However, for spending $200 on a dinner for two, we expected better. The lobster was overcooked with the sirloin that came along side. The sirloin may have been over tenderized. The ribeye was good. Just expected better quality at the prices.
Priime rib dinner was suppose to be $25.00 got charged $40.00 no salad no rolls thin prime Greatly disappointed
Overpriced steak and seafood, flavor was less than desirable. Always have enjoyed the food here, but this time was disappointed. Service and ambiance is still the best you can get at this location.
Mix up in servers-couldn't figure who was our server, mix up in kitchen-had to wait extra time for our food. Server came out and advised us of an issue with our order and we would have to wait for our meals.
We got seated at 5:30 and there was 4 of us. The menu had a limited selection, but that was ok. At 6:30 no food had been brought to the table and our parents had to leave to the show. When the food did come out, it was still missing a salad and a main course (scallops). This was for our parent’s 50th anniversary and it was a huge disappointment!!!!!
We ordered 16 ounce rib eye for $65 - it was gristley and fatty - and tough! About 1/2 was edible! We’ve raised our own beef so know good meat - this was not the quality we were expecting for these prices - very disappointed!
Definetley not worth the price. Steaks were way over season and extremely garlic forward. The service was nearly nonexistent. Never removed salad dishes or soup bowls the entire time. The servers need to have be trained After spending nearly $600 for our meal I’d expect service to be far more elevated and would expect more experienced severs. Just all and all a very disappointing meal. My father in law actually got sick following the meal.
The menu has changed since our last visit. Neither of our orders came with the sides that we requested. The prices have increased and the service is terrible.
